Fished the power plant with Trouttrent and ReelyBad today.
Caught good trout all day long.
Caught fish on topwater, lip baits, soft jerk and jigheads.
Kept 15 trout mostly 18-24 inches.
Threw back as many more with several over 20 inches.
Left them biting.

I'll say it is a load...did you mean power plant or paper factory?

Sure looks like Econfina sand. Nice fish wherever they're from.

I was in the SMR on 12/31 (my second launch of the day) catching overslot reds but you three were no where around.

Know what you mean, Showboat. There were definitely a lot of boats on the river that day, but JT was conspicuously incognito. Hmmmm...

Good seeing you and Katie again. Hope y'all had a fun and safe NY's eve.

Good to see you too Capt. I think that is the same day I ran into Ken. Redfish were rampant, trout were sporadic butd JT was MIA....

Maybe he was talking about the "power plant" he did with his lead foot before setting the hook rather than as a location.
