Just to let everyone know. There is a deal in principle that will see one of the forum regulars take over the site. Nothing will change in the immediate future and for the foreseeable future everything will stay pretty much status quo. Hopefully this will ease everyone's minds a little. This person may chime in and make it known pretty soon so keep an eye out.

Thank you Tom for all the work and dedication to this site. We are from up north (Pa), but spend 2 months at the Econfina each spring. I check the site daily, and this is the only place to get a report on the "river". We have been to a couple of the winter social picnics in the past, and what a great event. Best of luck for the future. Hope someone can step up and keep it going.
