wacky warm weather

hey fellas , I was on the forum before with a different alias ( bigshrek) password problems led to new name. Anyways, im just curious when you guys think the water will be in the 70's with this warm weather. another quick question, anyone know where to find a quality 10-12 foot cast net for under $300 ?
work smart and hard and things will get done right the first time
