Keaton tournament cookout March 9.
Who is coming and what can you bring?
Keeping it simple,burgers,dogs,fries,dessert.
Need a gas grill.
Deep fryer with oil.
Plates,napkins,forks,spoons,bowls,paper towels.
Ketchup mustard mayonaise cheese relish.
BRING YOUR OWN BEVERAGE
Cookout starts at 6:30 p.m. in the Keaton Marina Motel parking lot.

Steve, Will and I are driving to Keaton the morning of the tournament. Sorry we will miss the cookout if there is one.

Alright JT I can start. I have decided to scratch hamburger meat. I can bring about 20-24 Assorted Pork Chops and a small gas grill, if its wrkng still.

Jumptrout... there's a message on your cell from this morning. Due to a cancelation of an event today, I have access to hamburgers (frozen) and buns. Get in touch with me as soon as you can so I can tell them if I will take some of their product. They have hot dogs as well (also frozen)

This would have been a lot easier if you hadn't lost your cell phone... how many burgers ... they come boxed 40 cnt. You want hot dogs as well... Anybody else gonna bring some? I don't want the 3 of us ta have to eat 40 hamburgers :smt078 :smt045

I will be bringing a box of 40 burgers and 30 hot dogs along with buns for each.

With 4 days to go...there hasn't been much response as to folks planning on eating at the cookout on Friday evening. Need some folks to respond in order to justify bringing the burgers and hotdogs.

we can bring a cold salad( think she said pea salad??), lettuce tomato and onion for the burgers and other condiments. might also bring a big bowl of smoked fish spread. let me know if we can bring anything else like plates and utensils etc etc etc. does that sound ok??

1 litre of Canadian Club and Tonic water 1 bag of limes.
