Re: A little help
Like the old Middle-Eastern proverb...Don't let the camel stick his nose in the tent. First it's the mesh size, then it will be the net size, and before you know it we'll be back to the bad old days. Things were going along smoothly for the past 7 years, why fix something that ain't broken?

I wish to apologize for the mafia, nazi mix-up
while I was here, my mind was still over at the FS
NOW, that is the last I will say on the subject

NOW, that is the last I will say on the subject
“Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you criticize them, you are a mile away from them and you have their shoes.”

Re: A little help
The Net Limitation amendment passed in November 1994 and was enacted in July 1996. So it's been in effect for nearly 12 years, not 7.
There were literally thousands of volunteers across the state who helped to put it on the ballot and ensured its passage by a margin of 72 percent.
There are also a lot more folks than just two working hard to protect rec fishing rights. But I still appreciate the efforts nonetheless.
And that's all I'm going to say about that, to quote the famous shrimper, Forrest Gump.

Oh, I know that. I was just in a whiney mood. Tomorrow will be a better day. Oh wait, not tomorrow, but maybe the next. Tomorrow I will piss off the FWC. Can't we all just get along? (Who said that?)
