Good morning folks.
NOTE: If you plan on fishing out of Carrabelle rivers this weekend. Make sure you are up to date on your safety equipment. The FWC is even stopping red solo cups floating down the river. Some boaters have complained that they were stopped and checked two times in the same day.
I guess it's been a slow winter for these folks too.
