Gulf Coast Fabricators in Perry (Yancy aka T-Top Guy) does good work.

Also, Metal Fabricators on Weems Rd in Tallahassee. They built one for me to my specs that is three times bigger and taller than the off-the-shelf ones I've seen and for the same price as the small ones.
