It was doing the backstroke away from the boat,I guess that qualifies as swimming. If it will swim away, let her go,if not,put her in the box.

Nice fish JT.
conditions weren't as good where RC and I fished. We had to tuck up close to shore to be prodcutive. RC and I experienced a slow trout bite, and we couldn't muster one larger than 22". We did find some quality redfish though.

St.Joe had plenty of oversized trout. You know when Heath Sanders catches oversized fish the bite is on.

it has been a great year for trout in SJB. Having trouble finding big reds there this year is what kept RC and I from heading that way; I already had a room reserved:)Jumptrout51 wrote:St.Joe had plenty of oversized trout. You know when Heath Sanders catches oversized fish the bite is on.
I should throw a thank you out to Heath. He cut me a great deal on a new toy just before he headed to SJB. Thanks Heath, it is always a pleasure dealing with the folks at SGO.
