Name that Fish!

Post by Aucilla »

I am posting this picture of my brother on my fishing web site but I don't know for sure what the fish is! It was caught in a river outside of Stuart, Florida. It was a brackish river and there was not much developement there.

I think it is a snook. I think I can see the stripe. Anybody konw better? Thanks!

The tail looks rather forked for a snook, but the angle doesn,t help.
A snook is my best bet.

Snook. And I have seen a bunch of them, up close and personal.
