Termites Exterminator Recommendation Needed

My kids just arrived at our house on Lake Ellen to find the remains of a termite swarm in the upstairs. I need a good exterminator before they eat the house. Any recommendations? Thanks.

Thanks PA, I will give them a call. Evidently I need to get the whole building fumigated to be sure to get them all. For me this has been the year of the Termite. They turned up in this house in Maryland back in April. Those were the kind that live in the ground and only come in to eat the wood. Now I'm going to be dealing with what seem to be the drywood kind down there. They seem to be a lot harder to get rid of from what I've researched.

I'd defer to a professional.. Most companies will not bond a place with spot treatments.
And you cant see them till its too late

Thanks guys. I really appreciate the information. I'm going to call somebody tomorrow to come take a look while my kids are there. I'm pretty much figuring that I'm going to have the building fumigated. Maybe get the garage done as well. Then I'm going to get into some kind of yearly agreement. I blame myself. I should have been more proactive about it before now. Dave I will call you sometime this week as well. Thanks again.
