ARRAINGMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE FOR FUL MILITARY FURNERAL AT ARLINGTON MEMORIAL MILITARY CEMETARY IN WASHINGTON D.C. FOR COL. MARVIN E. PEACOCK RETIRED, MARINE AIR CORP. ON JULY THE 16TH. HE DIED FROM ACCIDENTAL DROWINING IN POND BEHIND HIS HOME IN PLANTATION, FLA. MARV. FLEW HELLECOPTERS IN VIET NAM AND KOREAN WARS PICKING UP WOUNDED MEN ON THE GROUND AND FLYING THEM BACK TO HOSPITAL IN THE FIELD. MARV WAS A GREAT FRIEND AS WELL AS BEING MY BIL AND BROTHER MARINE. :smt059 :smt059 :smt059 REST IN PEACE BROTHER.

absolute terrible to hear, but will have a great send-off. so sorry to hear about your loss PA, condolences and prayers to you, friends, and family.

YARDMAN. THANKS FOR YOUR KIND REMARKS, MARV WAS A GREAT MARINE AND MAN, WE WILL MISS HIM GREATLY. THE LAST FISHING TRIP MARV AND I WENT ON TOGETHER, WE CAUGHT ABOUT 40-50 SPANISH AND OUR LIMITS OF TROUT. THIS WAS SEVERAL YRS. BACK. AGAIN THANKS FOR YOUR KIND WORDS.
