Moultrie area tree removal- Tree in a bad spot

We've got a tree that died that is next to the Ma In Law suite. It's only about 4 feet from the roof edge and the deck is built around the tree. There is no way this thing can fall that it doesn't land on the roof or on the deck seat/rail. The trunk looks like it rotted from the inside so I don't think anyone could safely climb it or use a lean to ladder to top it unless they are more creative than I am. Probably gonna need a cherry picker with a long arm to reach over the deck to get to it.
Does anyone have any recommendations for this area of someone capable of handling the job safely without overpricing it? I'm thinking for this job I'll have to see proof that they are insured.
