Some of you may know that I am an avid wood pigeon shooter, so this was a sobering sight looking out from our lounge window.
(If you look closely you will see the BigBend and NFGFC stickers on my truck.

One, and your fine. When they start lining up ten or fifteen strong in the light wire, run away as fast as you can! :o

Hehehehe. :-D

I guess the good blokes in your area must be smart enough not to climb the footie pegs on the power poles. Around here someone would be using the dreaded line, "Hold my beer and watch this!"...

Good thing you don't hunt alligators  .
To fish, or not to fish, . . . those are the answers.

They are very good to eat, a darker strong meat and considered an extreme delicacy in Europe.
They also work well when mixed with "milder" meat, like chicken.

I sell shot birds to a Game Dealer , when the big flocks are on the crops I can send him up to 400 fresh birds a week (I hang them in a chiller), when the shooting gets harder, I accumulate the birds in freezers until I get a few hundred.
He often ships the frozen birds direct to France and Belgium by refrigerated truck, the fresh birds are prepared , packaged and then frozen for sale in the UK.
