Normally don't share these stories but felt I should- -
Went to drop boat in yesterday at the fort and it wouldn't start- it's been an ongoing issue we couldn't nail down for months (local repair shop that is - intermittent starting issues)- so I pulled down to Shields at 7:15a.m. and Brett happened to be outside. I asked if there was a mechanic coming on at anytime, which he said not on Saturday - but then he ask, "what ya got". 10 minutes later he diagnosed the issue. He went into the service shop - which was closed - and found my part and supplies needed to remedy - even loaned me his tool bag from his office, and gave me some quick pointers on the fix I needed to do - 90 minutes later I was headed offshore to get this -

As much as I thanked him, Brett said several times, " I just wanna see you guys get out on the water, ya'll look ready to go!" which we were obviously.
They defiantly helped me out on a busy day they were already short staffed on.
