Rattlesnake cove7/17

Post by Haveuseen1? »

Launched my kayak shortly after 8am. Paddled towards goose island throwing a DOA deadly combine. Several strikes didn't connect on anything though. Fished 3.5 hours caught some catfish on shrimp. Saw about 20-25 sharks from 3-5 feet. Most of them were bonnetheads. Was tossing dead shrimp at them but couldn't keep the cats away. Nice day. Going again thursday.

I was directly across the bay from you in carrabelle. Water clarity wasn't great but the fish were very much there. It was my first time out in my Kayak. Managed a limit of trout a big red and a spanish mack.
