Put in at the lighthouse with Rodbow at 6:15am. Watched a beautiful sunrise. Without shrimp we had to rely on pinfish for bait. Set up a long drift toward the stake line. Floated and Freelined pinfish and worked topwater. Tried chicken bone, electric chicken and candy corn jigs under CT's. Action was spottly and s-l-o-w. There were plenty of hits and cut-off's on the pinfish, but only produced 1 keeper 19" trout and 1 blue 12". Drifted into some depressions 8-10' and picked up a 20" trout using the candy corn with an 1/8oz black jig tipped with a pink shrimp fish-bite. (no CT). Landed 1 rather large sting ray and a couple of cats. Water clarity varried from 4-5' visibility on the flats to 1-2' visibility near the channel. "Moon" Jelley Fish were everywhere and seemed to be in somewhat unorganized schools. Called it a day around 12:30.
Totals for the day-
1 Blue
2 Trout
3 Catfish
1 Sting Ray
1 babby shark
