Aug 4th

Post by Cast n Hope »

My dad was coming down this weekend and I was really looking to show him a good time. Prob fishing and scalloping. I was going to get some advice on which river to go out of? I typically go out of Econfina but was wondering which was better at the moment, there or St Marks? I havent been in a month or so and didnt know which way I should head. Any advice would help and be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

If it were me I would choose the latter for scallops and the first for fishing.

There is an NFGFC Tournament out of the Econfina ramp on Aug 4th. Not trying to scare you away cause it will probably be a large crowd at all ramps if the weather is decent. Good luck.

Thanks guys. It will actually be my first time scalloping so Ill prob hit up St Marks and I dont want to pull in any bigger fish than the people in the tournament... Might make them feel bad!! :)

Go to Beef's on T'ville road Thursday night meeting and join up with NFGFC then you can show us all your fishing secrets. :-D , Joking aside you might like it and decide to join.
