St marks, Lanark area waters

Post by Redbelly »

I figure the scalloping at St Marks is shot for now. I am asking about the water with all this rain. How is St Marks, and how is it at Lanark/Carrabelle?
Thanks

I haven't seen the salt water there in way too long but I did just see this on the weather forecast for that area.

The water was pretty clear last Saturday, but I'm sure that has changed in the last few days. Me and a friend found our limit in about 3 hours.

We picked up 6 gallons in the rock garden in two hours yesterday  We went in the afternoon so that we could catch the low tide and the water was stained close to the channle, but very clear over in the garden
