flood response vessel back on standby
my parents house has flooded 3 times in the last several years or so. Allison, and Barry in 2001, and Faye in 2008. This time im ready with the trash pump and 150' of hose.

Tell us more about the flounder lights you have on your boat. What kind are they, and where do you get them.? Nice set up. Thanks.

4" HID's. 35w each with built in ballasts and igniters. They pull about 10 amps on start up, but once they warm up they pull about 6 amps total. 6000k color temp, which is pure white with a hint of blue. They put out about 4000 lumens each, which is about 3x more than a halogen 55w bulb. I got them at oreillys, $140 each I think. I'll see if I can get some night pics later.
