Powerpole v. Minn Kota Talon

awhile back talon vs. power pole was discussed, at the time I was going along with the talon, but after one year of use and mine being replaced two times and having had the spike come out four times I have had it! I don't have any bad things about minnkota to say yet, my dealer who has gone out of his way to fix the problem is now trying to get my money back, and I am getting a power pole. as a unit the Talon works great but the spike keeps coming out.
