Spinning or casting?

Spinning - I like my Stradic (sometimes  ) and a ugly stick 6'6" MH

Casting - Nothing like a good ole Abu Garcia C4 with a Extreme XPS 7' MH rod.....

I like casting more than spinning.......

You can't beat a casting outfit for lures 1/4 oz. or heavier. My favorite is a 7' Allstar rod and a Shimano Curado reel with 10 or 12 lb line.

For very light lures or small live baits, a 7' spinning rod and a reel appropriately sized to hold 150-175 yds of 8 lb. line.
