What is your favorite recipe for scallops?

Ceviche by far. Scallops, lime juice, red onion, shallots, cilantro, jalepeno (seeded), in the fridge for an hour or two. Excellent to add avocado and/or tomatoes when serving.

Quick cooked in butter, little white wine, minced fresh garlic and a touch of oregano. Spray a little lemon and lemon zest on it while cooking.

On the halfshell !!! Leave your cleaned scallop attached to bottom shell. Melt butter and using a tsp pour a 1/4tsp over scallop then drip about 6 drops of lemon juice over scallop sprinkle with your choice seasoning (old bay is good.). Place on baking sheet and broil about 10-12 min. Or can be cooked same on grill. Best Fresh Scallops ever!

scallop tacos with pinapple mango salsa, marinate cleaned scallops in olive oil lime juice and old bay for thirty minutes. using a grill pan grill scallops until done, then grill pinapple, mango, red onion and one jalapeno. once cooled chop the fruit and veggies in a bowl adding cilantro, lime juice and a little salt. then serve on a soft taco shell with your favorite adult beverage.
