Lake Miccosukee 7/18

Post by birddog »

Put in the lake about 7:00 a.m. Motored down to the gator hole to chase the bluegill. They were biting very well. Ended up with 121, 2-handed bluegills, a few War Mouths, and a few shellcrackers.. Caught them on crickets and a white curly tail jig. Off the water by 1:00 p.m. Weather was great, very pleasant for July in Florida.

One hundred and twenty one. I know, it sounds good even a day later.

Chalk, I'm just trying to do my part in keeping you fellas informed on where the fish are biting.
