RIP Tight Lines Dave Franer

Capt. Dave Franer died of heart failure at 68 years old on September 26, 2012. Dave was a passionate fisherman and a good friend to many. He was hilariously quick with a joke, and I never heard him tell the same one twice. I'll miss Dave. Tight lines, brother. :smt051
