I have a portable "Broaster" (pressure frier) that would make that job real easy. This thing cooks "to perfection" twelve chicken breasts in eight minutes, or five pounds of FF in four minutes...

You've probably already done your research on the shoulder surgery...but if you'd like to chat about it, I've had both mine done.

My fishin partner (brother-in-law) had his right shoulder done about ten years ago, but half way through the "physical therapy" he decided he was fully healed -- BIG mistake! Ended up damaging everything that was repaired. For ten years now he has spent his retirement slowing getting worse, and now can not raise his arm to shake your hand without the help of his other arm!! He has been unable to fish for six years now! He is now schedualled for a second operation, where they will drill holes through the shoulder bone to attach the muscile. His "physical therapy" will be four times as long, but i am hoping he learnt a lesson from his first surgery. I remember him telling me how stupid the excersizes were??? Follow the instructions is the right way to go!!!

I had the left shoulder repaired back in 1990, it took 6 months to rehabilitate it :o I got a pretty good idea of what is ahead "though this one shouldn't be near as bad" appreciate the offers of advise guys

I need one done and the other hurts too. My right one hurts 24/7. But, I think I'll get my knee done first.

Sounds like a good time weavans, way to stick with all the cooking despite being in discomfort with the shoulder. Great win for Wakulla.
