There is a salvage yard on the South side of town off of Monroe that I have had some good luck with finding Jeep parts. Also, you need to check with the 4x4 shops or mud bog forums here in the local area. All of those guys upgrade their axles to Rockwells and end up with a lot of stock parts left over.

Like Steve said, it would help a lot if you posted the make, year and model of the truck.

I somewhat did the same thing on a '88 Chevy back in the day also. I only broke my spider gears in the Gov lock(carrier). I was able to order a Auburn locker from Jegs and use my same ring and pinion and it wasn't much at all. Are sure the "Gears"(Ring and Pinion) that are bad? Plus, I did it myself and learned a lot....(setting up a rear end)
