Taking my grandauhter fishing?
Where would you go? It would have to be St. Marks and to the west. And, no further than Bald Point. Shell Point low tide is a bout 11:oo. I want her to have a good time. Suggestions please?
Re: Taking my grandauhter fishing?
How old is she?
I'd launch at the fort and fish the st marks west flats with live shrimp
I'd also leave a rig with cut bait under a cork with a circle hook out the back... something will bite it!
Be sure to dock the boat at Riverside for lunch.

Leave the Fort and go UP the St. Marks. Reds and Trout are there.
They may be a lot off small fish, but she will catch fish.

Too late. Went to Spring Creek. Anchored between two oyster bars on the incoming. NADA. Used the trolling motor around some bars where I'd caught fish before. NADA> Went to the spring. Once again, NADA. Water was clear and cool. Beautiful day. Thanks JT.
