This in my opinion is nothing more than a terriost attack and sensless murder. It is sad to say that when and if they are caught they will probably spend a long time in prison being treated to meals, showers, food, tv, exercise room, and no telling what else @ the tax payers expense. If I had my way they would DIE on the spot. Any one who commits these acts if not killed by self inflicted wounds should be put to death by the same means that they inflicted on others. No wonder gun sales for self protection are going through the roof.

Just a very good example of why more gun laws will not work.

He was a convicted felon that could not have legally bought a gun, and in one of the strictest gun control states in the US.

What REALLY stands out is this excerpt from the New York laws....

"New York maintains a state level prohibition against the features listed in the now defunct Federal Assault Weapons Ban"

Now tell me more about how another law would have stopped this?
