Link above shows picture/specs of a Hatco brand hot food display cabinet (model FDW-1 Flav-R-Fresh). My school concession stand had one, but is upgrading to a bigger one. I got it from the school used (but good operating condition), figuring that with a built-in humidifier and demonstrated heating ability to 220 degrees, it might make a good smoker...
...but haven't had a chance to try my theory. The wifey says it takes up too much space in the mudroom, so it's gotta go.
This unit is industrial grade. They run over $1400 new. Our school had this one 7 years. First 50 bucks firm takes it.
