Spiny Lobster

Post by Kayakmon »

I live in Tallahassee and I would like to inquire about Spiny Lobsters. Are we too far north for these? if not what areas would be good to look for them?
Thanks

I have heard of divers finding extremely large breeders in our waters in 45 or more feet around rock outcroppings. I have heard no information on conventional shallow water lobstering in our area like they enjoy in the Keys.
