Up Close with Sharks...

Post by mjsigns »

This activity is at the very bitter end of my "bucket list". :-o :-o :-o

Seems like an innocent passive activity...... (Real action starts at 1:18 in the first video)
Credit to SharkDiver Magazine, SMD Adventures is the outfit that does this crazy activity.

It's stupid and dangerous. It also fosters the ridiculous concept that somehow wild predatory animals can be made into some sort of pet. Sharks are important players in ocean ecosystems just like large predators are important in terrestrial systems, so they are worthy of respect, but they aren't toys.

A shark is not a pet. They are crazier than a peach orchard boar to do that!
Its a wonderful day in the neighborhood!
