Did anyone catch trout 2-11-13 ?

We went out of Keaton with every intent of catching the limit of trout and red's. The day was supposed to be partly sunny, light winds and warm. It was cloudy, cool and winds from 5 -8 mps steady.

We caught one short trout!

We know of five other boats and their catch. Some caught none and one boat caught two trout.

Did anyone else catch trout or red's anywhere?

No wonder we didn't catch fish. I didn't even know the correct date!

Fished the NFGFC tournament today. Caught total of four reds (one short, one big that got off and two 22" that we kept). Also caught a 13" flounder and some short sheephead and mangroves.

We caught plenty of trout and saw a lot of reds just couldn't get one to bite to help with our combo.

We should have teamed up. We got the reds, but no trout! Great day on the water though.

The day ended up nice just run out of time and it was sure a cold ride this morning.

We kept 15 keeper trout today and released several smaller keepers.
The trout were 18-20 with one over.
Released a 32 inch red.
Lost a couple nice flounder.

As hard as I have tried. I can only fish one hole at a time.
We fished 3 holes today.
All the others were open for a one day use.

We are heading out of the lighthouse tomorrow. Anyone mind suggesting which is better: River, creeks or the flats? Sure would appreciate any tips from you guys that know better
