WANTED: Casting Platform

Post by LucWilliams »

Been using my Yeti as a casting platform on the Mitzi and it works fine, but I'm thinking about upgrading to a casting platform. This may make a few of the people I pole around more comfortable up there and lead to better presentations and more fish! Would be interested in a new one or a used one if it was in good shape and a decent price. Thanks!

Give Chad a call at Metal Fabrications. He may be able to build you one exactly the way you want it. Drink holder included. :lick:

Thanks for the leads guys. Had already checked both of those out and I wasn't looking to spend quite as much money as what would be necessary at those places. Hoping for an ole Forum buddy who has one that doesn't get enough use and could use some cash!

"Hoping for an ole Forum buddy who could use some cash!" - I got that part down, just don't have a platform. But I think I would be one "of the people I pole around more comfortable up there and lead to better presentations and more fish!" - Can't wait!

Crazy weather here still, radar looked like a Christmas Tree this morning. Water might be clear by the time you come home in Summer.

I've got to second Chad at Metal Fabrication of Tally. My SeaArk is down there right now getting a good bit done. GREAT folks and superb work.
