Gave it a go yesterday at St. Marks (ramp 66.7). Water still too cool on the flats (61.1). Found warmer water up the east river (64.0), but no fish...

WE HAVE HAD 2 INCHES OF RAIN SO FAR TODAY, FORCAST IS FOR 2-4 MORE OVERNIGHT. ALL THE PONDS ARE FULL AND RUNNING OVER.
