Phantom 16 (Boat Project) For Sale (SOLD)
I think I’m gonna be sick – If someone is interested the Phantom is for sale.
It is 50% complete, most of the parts are cut out, and I have several gallons of epoxy and 95% of the fiberglass needed to finish her.
What you will get is a hull, epoxy, fiberglass, plywood and the set of plans.
The boat is made out of the best grade plywood you can buy BS1088 Meranti plywood.
Technical support is only a click away at http://www.bateau2.com and I will be glad to provide advice.
Price is $1,000 cash or we could work out some sort of payment plan (you would not take ownership until you finished payments).
I don’t want to sell it, but I’m moving and don’t have a good place to store her, so we might have to part ways.
If interested email me at chalk03@alltel.net

It will run in the 40s with a 70..I know of several that have 115s & 130s that push the 50 envelope...
You have to take the receipts from building it to the DNR, prove you didn't steal it, get a HULL ID and etch it in the hull..Then register it as either a home built or you could register it under Mertens & Goosen (which would be better for insurance)
