WTB-Small Outboard
I am looking to buy a small outboard. Something in the 3 to 5 hp range. Does anyone have one sitting around in good condition?

Its a wonderful day in the neighborhood!

I have a 80's mercury 7.5. Just reworked the carb and serviced the foot. I bought it at a auction 2 years ago and just decided to get it running. Used it during spring break and it did great. It's not enough for my 14' jon with 3 people, so I'm looking for more hp.

Re: WTB-Small Outboard
I bought an ultralight electric boat motor (Torqeedo 1003 short shaft) 2 years ago but never took it out of the box. 4HP equivalent. Lithium battery. TOTAL weight (motor AND Battery) is under 30 pounds. Not a typo. Advanced German technology. They sell for $1999 at West Marine. I'll sell mine for $1100. Did I mention that I never took it out of the box?
Google "Torqeedo 1003" to get to company site for full details.
Selling cuz I'm still too addicted to wading & canoeing.
