Cape San blas 4-14

Post by kenfly »

Well headed down camping for the weekend with the family, was planning on hitting the bay first thing sat morn, well so I was planning. Got up and was dressed and ready to hit it then the wife tells me she is not felling very good so that left me on kiddo duty the rest of the morn until hitting the beach, did see this girl on the way to the beachImage
Sunday morn plan to try again and made it out for a couple hours, weather was iffy and the storm was coming, waded out need deep of a point of eagle harbor, starting getting a few hits right away on top water but none would take it, then went to a glow d.o.a and caught 2 15-16in trout with in few min then Mother Nature really started to kick in, high wind and rain so I headed back and to get feeling back in my feet. Was glad to get out for a few

It's always nice to get out!!  A couple of fish is way better than NO fish!
If there's not a life after fishing, I don't want to live it.....
