I don't know a lot about anything but I do know that if we keep bickering back and forth on who is right or wrong on our fishing and hunting issues we will all sink. I took a hunter safety course with my son about twenty years ago and there was a discussion on still hunting vs. dog hunting for deer. The FWC officer stated that the worse thing that could happen was to have heated debates on the subject hashed out in public. the last time I checked, this forum is a public forum. I am sure the folkes that want to shut down fishing and hunting all together are loving this discussion we are having about OUR FISHERY. I don't know about you but i went off to a foreign country in 1968 to fight for OUR right to do the very things that we all love. I have a son in law who has served three tours in Iraq and is presently serving in Afganestan so we can still have these things we love and I'll be damned if I will sit back and watch it all go down the tube for some that think their way is the only way. Let's get it together guys and move on.

I'm tired of reading it too. Maybe a few guys need to have a peeing for distance tournament and in case of a tie they can whip out their mini gerber multitools with the little measuring tape inscribed and settle it that way.

I have to admit that I read a whole more on BBF than I post, but certainly enjoy all the information posted here. I have never fished the tournaments so I am sure there are many intracies that I don't appreciate nor understand. However, just a quick note to say thanks to all those who have served or are currently serving our country. Let us never take that commitment and sacrifice for granted. Let us be wise with our use of the rights that so many have protected for us through their service.
