mike's marine panacea??

Post by CaptainJack »

I'm looking for advice/information regarding Mike's in Panacea. If anyone has info or experience with them I'd appreciate hearing about it. I bought a 9.9 Yamaha 4 stroke in January and it has left me stranded 4 times since then. I'm sold on Yammy's but I'm 100% unhappy with this lemon. I've asked for my money back but Mike told me I have to leave it with him so he can show it to the Yamaha rep to see what they'll do about. They seem like nice folks and I'm just looking for confirmation they will make it right or whether I need to prepare a lawsuit. I couldn't be more unhappy - I've taken it back 3 times so far and every time I get it back it quits on me again. Ruined my entire Spring fishing. Any advice or comments will be appreciated.

Good folks and will make it right.
They work on my boat that stays at the Rock Landing Marina.

Mike Sr., Mike Jr. and the whole team there are good to go. I'm sure he's just having to follow the procedures as set forth by Yamaha. I hope it turns out right for you with Yamaha.

They're great folks. Yamaha themselves can be a REAL pain in the arse to deal with as well as unreasonable. Go figure!
