I won this plug in a NASCAR fishing contest on another forum

Has anyone out there had any success with them? I got a 5 inch 7/8ths one.

I have two crystal minnows..I did well one day out of Econfina, but have only tried them one or two times since with no success...I didn't throw them long, I like something that rattles more...

It's a real nice looking lure but I find in my travels it doesn't get much use. It should be a good choice in 5-8 feet fished slow over the grass, if there's not too much floating grass -problem is there usually is & the hooks foul every cast. They're great when the Spanish are there and won't hit on top. If they're targeting small fish the bigger lure tends to attract the bigger fish. Of course the last time that was working for me it didn't last long.
