Sebile Stick Shadd - Red/Specks ?

I've read on various sites that the Sebile Stick Shadd is a pretty good lure for Reds & Specks. Once I started to look at them, man do they make a LOT of colors and sizes. Seems that the 90 & 114 sizes are the most popular for Red/Specks. I'd guess that either the floaters or the suspending version would be the way to go.

So fill me in.. what colors and versions of these do you have the most luck with ?

Going to order a couple and givem a go.

Floating, white with gold flakes. The big one.
I've only found it productive when the water is perfectly still.
