Purchased to deal with crows around dairy farms and general winged vermin in the proximity of buildings and dwellings.

Its a beast, weighing just under 8lbs , is front heavy, 55 inches overall, is choked "full" and tends to fire low.
It takes some getting use to, but its surprising how quickly you get use to the strange view down the barrels and compensate for all the other factors mentioned.
I am using standard (not subsonic) 1oz loads of No 6 shot, felt wads (compulsory, as plastic can catch in the mod ports) and already have shot flying crows at 40+ yards.
I have also missed a few second shots, which I would have expected to have taken with any of my standard guns, all of which weigh less than 6 1/2lbs.
The length of the gun makes moving swiftly from one target to another difficult.
Despite this I am getting some good shot/kill ratios, which I hope to improve on.
When I can come to terms with "wasting" some cartridges, I will take it to a Clay Ground and have a few rounds of 100 sporting clays to get more proficient with the swing, alternatively I could work out with weights, but thats not likely to happen.
