Electric Anchor Winch
The little wife tells me that my ride of choice is an eighteen foot closed bow runabout. Trying to use the anchor off the bow is, well, trying. I have the anchor, anchor roller and a board. Now I need a quality electric anchor winch. I have yet to run across one for a reasonable price ($200-500.00) that has a decent rating. I would like one to spool about 100-140 feet of line. I have found one that is quality. However, I baulk at the $1,000.00 price tag. I would appreciate suggestions.

Problem is that quality nowaday cost bux!
Stainless steel, sealed bearings, sealed electronics, and made to stand up to saltwater is expensive.
Try one of the boat sale sites. You may find a good used one!
