Basic Training Update - - Ft. Benning

Post by mjsigns »

My son has been dodging the camera for quite a while now, but is seems the camera caught him from behind. In a recent letter he wrote he said," I can't believe how easy BRM is" (Basic Rifle Marksmanship) He is really showing his skills on the range, he also indicated that achieving "Expert" should be a breeze. He went on further in the letter to tell me that "There are guys here that have never fired a weapon in their lives, and the drill instructors are trying to help them “grasp the concept” and it is hilarious.”

So my son is having a good time at “Hotel Benning” as he now refers to his temporary home for the next and final month of Basic Training.
A Proud Army Father.

Got a tight little group of shell casings there.
To fish, or not to fish, . . . those are the answers.
