NOAA is never right anyway but is shut down now.

Post by Rhettley »

I just checked the NOAA wave forecast web site and got this.
Due to the Federal government shutdown,
NOAA.gov and most associated web sites
are unavailable.

Only web sites necessary to protect lives
and property will be maintained.

See Weather.gov for critical weather
information or contact USA.gov for more
information about the shutdown.

The site seems to be working for me.
Though I cannot vouch for it accuracy.

A woman goes to the doctor all black and blue.

"What happened?"

"Doctor, I don't know what to do. Every time my husband comes home drunk on Miller Lite he beats me to a pulp."

"I have a real good remedy for that. When your husband comes home drunk on Miller Lite, just take a glass of sweet tea and start swishing it in your mouth but don't swallow. Just keep swishing and swishing until he goes to bed."

Two weeks later the woman comes back to the doctor looking fresh and reborn.

"Doctor, that was a brilliant idea. Every time my husband came home drunk on Miller Lite, I swished with sweet tea. I swished and swished, and he didn't touch me!"

"You see how much keeping your mouth shut helps?"
