BASS BOYS WILL BE THERE.

Re: Nov 9th Tournament Roll Call
No need to beg Bill; you can initiate each roll call thread next year
Alas, I was in Ohio chasing deer with my bow for the last week, so I am tardy in starting the roll call thread.
The November 9, 2013 Tournament will be held out of Saint Marks Outfitters http://stmarksoutfitters.com/
Anglers may launch at any launch you choose. Safelight is 6:27. Please be careful with the midday low tide.
Since the boundaries will be wide open, I will be requesting launch sites be stated on each entry form. This is for no other purpose than to be able to know the general area where NFGFC anglers will be. Additionally, if you participate and do not come to weigh-in, then it is imperative you call the phone number I give you so that we do not commence long distance searches for one of our fellow anglers.
Please review the rules at http://www.nfgfc.org/tournaments_rules.html
Entry forms are located at http://www.nfgfc.org/forms/tournament_entry_form.doc
You may register at the November Club meeting or at Saint Marks Outfitters between 5:15 and 5:30 am on tournament day.
Tournament entry fee is $20 per boat for club members. $25 per boat if a non-member is on the boat.
PLEASE BRING EXACT CHANGE FOR ENTRY FEES AND EACH OF THE SIDE POTS. At registration, those who have their forms filled out will be registered first.
Tournament Format: Weigh one person’s legal limit of Trout (15-20” - ONE OVERSLOT TROUT permitted). The combined weight of each team’s limit of fish will determine the winner.
Side pots:
Big Trout - $5 per person, everyone on the boat must participate to win.
Big Redfish - $10 per person, everyone on the boat must participate to win.
Kevin’s Fine Outdoor Gear and Apparel, http://www.kevinscatalog.com/ will continue to offer a $50.00 gift certificate for the biggest Flounder at each North Florida Gulf Fishing Club Tournament for 2013.
Thanks to Mike’s Marine Ways, for sponsoring the November Mystery Fish; $50 for the largest black sea bass.
Teams must be checked in at Saint Marks Outfitters by 3:30 pm on tournament day. The weigh-in will begin at 3:45 pm and teams will weigh their fish in the order of entry.

In the end we will conserve only what we love. We will love only what we understand. And we will understand only what we are taught.

Gary Droze had just under 15 pounds wade fishing by himself.

Re: Nov 9th Tournament Roll Call
I think he fishes with one of those discarded mullet nets he talks about finding on some of his adventures.Jumptrout51 wrote:Gary Droze had just under 15 pounds wade fishing by himself.

Re: Nov 9th Tournament Roll Call
Low tides and north wind were in my favor for a long day of muddy creek hiking. Eventually I hope to learn how to fish incoming water like regular winners do so well. Kinda need a boat for that.
Hats off to Padgett & Co for pulling in a 5.23 trout and 7.30 red to score the real money. Most impressive.
