This just popped up on MLS.
1bed 1bath at the back of Ochlockonee bay near the boat ramp.

Not fancy but it would be a great fishing shack!

Nice place for a non water front fishing central location. Nearly 1/2 an acre but, I was surprised at the amount of property taxes for what's there. More than my 3 br 2 bath lake front in Leon.

Always higher taxes if its not homesteaded property.
