NEW MERCURY - SHIELDS MARINA

Post by BOON »

Thinking about repowering from a Yam F115 to the new Merc 4 stroke 150. I notice that Shields is a Mercury dealer and service center. Anyone have good or bad experience with Shields?

Thanks,

Boon

They've been my dealer for 20 years. Fair prices, great service, family-owned operation.

Shields Marina is also the host facility for the Flats Pro Seminars.

I think Shields is a Mercruiser dealer and it doesn't sell or provide warranty service for Mercury outboards. I'd love for that to change. I was previously told the problem has been that Mercury would require Sheilds to sell a certain number of its engines on the boats Sheilds sells.
