Landing passes
Is there a pass you can buy to the lighthouse, the fort, etc...? To cover launching?

Re: Landing passes
An annual federal duck stamp will get you into the SMNWR, and the city of St. Marks may issue passes for the fort ramp. Give them a call.
Re: Landing passes
You can buy an annual pass for the St. Marks NWR for the lighthouse ramp. I forget the amount but if you use the ramp more than about 3 times a year it is worth it. That is unless you have the federal duck stamp.
Re: Landing passes
The annual pass at the light house is $15.00
If you are 62 or older , you can get a National park pass for life for $10.00
Its called a senior pass

A lot better deal than the new Wakulla county ramp pass... $40/year!

Re: Landing passes
cedar key boat ramp just went to 180.00 a year,or 12.00 per time . the city just finished a new outside ramp but I know there was grant money involved there. meanwhile on a good weekend there is at least 50 boats ramped out of cedar key at 10.00 a piece a day. 40.00 a year sounds good to me right now. the inside three ramps are where most people go and on a low tide the inside has filled in and needed dredged a lot worse than the outside needed new ramps. It looks like someone from gainsville has instructed the ck city council on how to put it to the people who support it
Re: Landing passes
I have the lighthouse pass. I was wondering about the Fort, Ecofina and Aucilla. If there is a "one for all" pass you can buy.

Re: Landing passes
There's no "all for one pass" for the three you mentioned. Each ramp has a different owner. City, State, Federal Govt.
Re: Landing passes
Lighthouse ramp year pass $15, purchase at gate, best year round for small boats and if you have flexible hours for fishing around low tides. Stock up at Jerry's or Shield's.
Fort Ramp year pass $40, purchase at Town Hall, best all boats, sizes, times, and tides. Although, can get insane during summer if arriving after 10am. Stock up at Jerry's or Shield's.
Mashes Sands $40, bought mine at parking lot entrance, low tide launching for small boats only due to ramp drop-off and shallow channel mouth, stock up at Crum's or "sometimes" Saldino's.
Lanark Market ramp $100, purchased at ramp, best service and most convenient to gas up and live shrimp/frozen bait.
I have all but the Lanark Pass as it is the one we use the least, unfortunately. Hoping to change that this year.
