Stiffy Baitcasting Rods SOLD

For sale, a pair of pre-owned Stiffy Medium Light graphite fishing rods. Made by the same Texas company that builds Stiffy Push Poles, these rods are ideal for the Big Bend coastal waters or bass fishing.

Both rods are American-made with premium graphite blanks, Fuji components and Grade A Portuguese cork. Both are seven feet long and have the short handles and an adjustable hook-keeper, with exposed blank on the casting model reel seat. Both also have an EVA butt cap.

The MLS7 SH Spin Rod is rated for 8 to 14-pound test line and lure weights of 1/4 to 1/2 ounce. SOLD

The MLP7 Casting Rod is rated for the same line classes, with 1/8 to 1/2 ounce lure rating. SOLD

These rods are used but in excellent condition with no marks, scratches, etc. They are light, very durable and responsive. I have caught upper slot reds and trout to four pounds on them using 10-pound PowerPro braided line, so they're a great match for shallow-water pursuits.
